Managed the production
of interactive 3D graphics technology and content for game products
and advanced technology demonstrations. Gravity's clients/partners over
its seven-year history included Intel, IBM, NTT, Gtech, Whowhere/Lycos,
Disney, Grolier, SGI, Acer and Microprose. Gravity grew to 28 full-time
employees and 7 regular contract positions.
In charge of hiring and management of twenty-person production group
and three-person operations/finance group. Executive Produced or Senior
Produced over $4,000,000 worth of projects through two major industry
booms and busts. Responsible for up to $400K monthly cash flow. Worked
frequently as client contact. Solved technical problems through experience
with the medium and by getting experts from various parts of the team
to talk to each other.
Raised series A and B investment rounds of $1.5 million as part of three-person
management team. Member of same management team during negotiation and
closing of Gravity's acquisition by frogdesign. |
